Returns/Refunds Policy

Imaging Arsenal will replace any damaged or defective discs that are returned within 14 days.
Imaging Arsenal does not issue refunds for libraries that have been opened. Once the package seal has been broken, the sale is final.
Using Purchase Orders
The Purchase Order selection is available to customers who have been pre-approved for that method of payment. To see if you are eligible, please contact arsenalorders@tmcentury.com or call 972-406-6828 to obtain the authorization code. Once you have received the authorization code, proceed to the Shopping Cart, enter the authorization code in the Coupon field, and complete the order as instructed. Your order will ship upon receipt of your Purchase Order.
